Happy Days - Pinky Tuscadero Costume

Looking back on Pinky Tuscadero

Pinky Tuscadero, played by Roz Kelly was one of the lead stars in the 1970’s hit show Happy Days.  She was the older sister of Leather Tuscadero, also a character in the show. 

If Fonzie were a girl, she would be it. This beauty is a feisty one. So do not be deceived. She is even an expert when it comes to driving a motorcycle.  How cool is that?  She is a high spirited character who takes pride in who she is and what she does.  It is no wonder she was able to steal Fonzie’s heart, as well as the rest of America’s and other country’s too.  Her finger snap is one of her trade mark actions that many women have tried to follow.

Happy Days Pinky Tuscadero Costume Details

You too can be a cool cat, hanging out at Al's diner with all the other characters out of the 50's nostalgia show. If you don't want to be on of the main characters then dress in a car hop costume to serve the diners in their cars.

But back to the Pinky costume. It's basically a leather jacket, a faux pink leather one to be exact, that has the words ‘Pinky Tuscadero” scrolled on the back.  This is to make sure that people won’t confuse you with some other popular female icon from the 70’s, like the lead from the hit musical Grease or whatnot.  This costume comes with accessories too.  For your hands, a pair of pink gloves is included and matching seer pink scarf is perfect to tie around your neck.

All you have to do is put on black leggings and slip on a pair of black pumps and the look will be complete.  Simply style your hair with a cool 50’s look- do not forget the hairspray.   You will transform into Pinky Tuscadero in no time, finger snap or no finger snap.
